If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return or exchange your item(s), please return to Dutchy's within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
The item(s) must be UNUSED and in a re-saleable condition , as determined by Dutchy's Ltd. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return, you will not be refunded for any freight costs incurred. Please note we do not offer refunds due to change of mind - we can offer exchanges or store credit.
Custom items such as cut lengths of rope, rubber or mono are non-refundable.
To return an item(s) please follow these steps:
1. Contact Dutchy's by phone on 07 864 7001 or email email@example.com.
2. Items should be packaged in a manner that protects the item(s). Please include a brief note with your contact details. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.
3. If you want to exchange the item(s) because it does not fit, or our product has not met your expectations, you will be liable for the freight cost to send the item back to Dutchy's.
If the new item(s) is greater in value than your original order, payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or bank deposit.

Please contact us on 07 864 7001 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order, as we need to advise our couriers immediately. We will give you instructions on what to do next. Please ensure you save the original packaging and damaged goods.
We use tracked courier to send all our packages, via PBT Couriers.
We ship within NZ only.
- North Island: $5.00 flat rate
- South Island: $10.00 flat rate
Packages will take 2-3 working days for standard/urban and 3-5 for rural addresses.
